Unpopular opinion: normal potato is better then sweet potato 😏 but this time I craved the sweet one... Sometimes weeks go by and I don't touch it and then suddenly I make some (cause I'm out of pasta or potatoes) and I realize: "wow this tastes actually good, why don't I do it more often?"
